Refund policy

At KENNEDY you are our priority, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a simple return.

We allow for a maximum period of 18 days from the date of dispatch to return your item. The item must be unworn/unused with tags attached.

We do not offer free returns. Any items being sent for refund will be done so at your own cost.

However, if you have been sent an incorrect/faulty item, then this cost will be refunded back to you. Please contact us before you post your item to arrange this. 

The maximum amount that can be refunded for International order is £18 and £4 for UK Orders.  

Please use recorded delivery as we do not accept any liability for lost packages.
